By using Sentinel you agree to use the service only for lawful competitive intelligence purposes. You may not use Sentinel to scrape, harvest, or re-sell competitor data in bulk, or to target individuals rather than businesses.

Sentinel is provided in early access “as is”. While we aim for 24-hour signal delivery on Direct-tier competitors, we make no guarantee of uptime, signal completeness, or AI accuracy. High-threat signals should be independently verified before informing major business decisions.

All competitive signals are derived from publicly available sources. Sentinel does not provide legal, financial, or investment advice. Classification of signals as “high threat” is an AI-generated assessment and should be treated as directional, not definitive.

We reserve the right to revoke access for any user who abuses the platform or violates these terms. Early access pricing and feature availability may change before general availability.
