Sentinel collects only the information required to deliver the competitive intelligence service: your email address, your company's website domain, and the competitor domains and social handles you choose to monitor.

All competitor data is sourced from publicly available information only — LinkedIn company pages, public executive profiles, public Twitter/X posts, and publicly accessible website content. Sentinel does not use fake accounts, scrape private communities, or access any data behind authentication walls.

Your Competitive Context (your company's ICP, positioning, and differentiators) is stored securely and used solely to personalise the AI-generated signals and briefs for your workspace. It is never shared with other users or third parties.

We use Supabase for authentication and data storage (EU/US regions), Resend for email delivery, Apify for web scraping infrastructure, and OpenAI for signal classification. All subprocessors operate under standard data processing agreements.

You may request deletion of all your data at any time by emailing galkin@competera.ai.
